3/1/14 School

So last Thursday I went back to school (I don’t know why on a Thursday, but never mind that). I am pretty excited about this school year. I mean I get to start over with a new homeroom group, new electives such as Photography, I.T, and VCE Agriculture/Horticulture. Last year was a pretty average year school wise, so I am just glad to start over.

However, this year I don’t have many of my friends in some of my classes and electives. That means I have to socialise with others and probably people I don’t particularly like. You see, I’m not that good at socialising with people I don’t know unless they are likable classmates or I like their vibe. Plus, the fact that it’s my fourth year at high school (so Year 10 if I haven’t mentioned that before), I basically know who everyone is and who I like/dislike already.

With saying that though, I won’t let that issue stop me from succeeding in my classes. I’m so excited to be taking my new electives and I’m ready to challenge myself this year and work really hard. The key to doing this is to just be organised, be open to discussion, and to think positive. Cheesy but true nevertheless. Hopefully by the end of the semester, or year, I will have achieved what I needed to complete. This just means I have to be more determined than ever to do so.

I apologize for the short post but I felt I had to share at least something this week.
